300 properties currently comprise our portfolio and are rented through our partners. The fact that we own so many properties has allowed us to provide the same service to the public that is ordinarily only available to those seeking housing through their local authority. This allowed us to go on to create our own development company, Blue Sky Developments in 1995, which works in partnership with local government housing associations. This resulted in us forming strong relationships that enabled us to pioneer new schemes which strengthen our portfolio and opportunities for tenants.
