Our reputation has allowed us to work closely with a number of housing associations, Local Authorities (Housing and Social Services departments) including Lambeth, Croydon, Southwark and Bromley. Our current portfolio of accommodation consists primarily of over 300 self-contained flats, houses and large HMO’s. All our properties meet with current Health and Safety standards set by Local Authorities, BABIE etc. Beyond this we set as our professional and strategic objective the pursuit of ‘Quality Accommodation and Management Service Provision’ ensuring our service goes considerably beyond minimum standards, whilst providing value for money. At the same time we are continuously looking at ways we can improve our service to our customers and or partners. As a home owner, our service to you is paramount therefore we have recruited experienced staff who are committed to providing support and ensuring confidence to our landlords.
